The “Eat Local” movement is about to get a little bit edgier. Saugatuck Craft Butchery is set to open in Westport next month, cutting its way into the Saugatuck revival and the broader Westport culinary renaissance that’s currently underway.
The Saugatuck Craft Butcher shop will open at 575 Riverside Ave. at the new Saugatuck Center in mid- September, according to owner, Ryan Fibiger, a resident of Bridgeport’s Black Rock section.
